  • As a member on the Consumer Strategy team you will be responsible for supporting the development of a loyalty program for one of our key segments. You will be charged with gathering and synthesizing insights and making recommendations to help the Leadership Team make decisions.
  • Consumer marketing strategy team, drive loyalty and engagement for our customers. Driving for specific KPI, high value, for customers.
  • Develop/Design a loyalty program for important customers.
You will work with cross-functional teams from Product, Legal, Brand, Analytics, Research, Finance, Merchant and Operations Teams to:
  • Research, synthesize findings, and make selection recommendations on vendors, merchants, agencies, & partners
  • Research, recommend, and organize internal processes with PayPal Product, Privacy and Legal teams, project manage program work-streams, milestones and key stakeholders
  • Work with Analytics and Product teams to develop the right measurement techniques
  • Develop a robust testing agenda to ensure continued evolution of our existing marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with our Creative team and our creative agency partners to ensure creative development is on strategy
  • Partner with the marketing services team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
Heavy interaction with Paypal teams internally and externally.
There is possibility of extending this assignment/full time opportunity but still too early to determine.

Requirement
  • BA in marketing
  • 5-7 years of experience in Consumer Marketing or Product Marketing/Management
  • Experience building customer loyalty programs, a big plus
  • Strong analytical background
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, motivate, communicate, and drive results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Proven success working with product, legal and creative teams to bring
    campaigns to life with impactful response driving creative & consumer experience
  • Passion for PayPal and its mission
  • Want someone that have high loyalty in career.
  • Strong skills in building relationship in work environment.
Performance indicator: the ability/effectiveness to collaborate and communicate with other teams/partners, driving results, ability to influence, ability to take ideas and execute them.
3 Must Skills :-

Experience building customer loyalty programs, a big plus.
Ability to effectively collaborate, motivate, communicate, and drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
5-7 years of experience in Consumer Marketing or Product Marketing/Management.
