Description 
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce.com System Administrator to support our high growth organization. Reporting to the Sr. CRM Lead, this role will be an integral part to the Sales Operations team, partnering with internal Sales Teams. The ideal candidate is interested in pushing the Salesforce application and the ecosystem of applications around it, to the limit. 
The candidate should have a desire to create repeatable, scalable systems with an eye for automating business processes, removing inefficiency, strong understanding of infrastructure and executing data management tasks. 

Job Responsibilities: 
• Derive system requirements from business requirements and translate them appropriately into technical & functional specifications 
• Assess feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions within the CRM environment 
• Design, Develop and configure customized solutions within Salesforce 
• Manage relationship with 3rd Party development vendor for more complex code-based functionalities 
• Manage, prepare and document the Change Control process to rollout new functionality 
• Provides day to day and ongoing maintenance, configuration, administration, training and support of the SF platform 
• Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon SF integrations & data integrity with different teams & systems 
• User access management incl maintenance of roles, profiles, permission sets… 
• Accountable for executing and processing of data change requests and data imports 
• Support with data validation, quality issues, integrity, accuracy, consistency and works to resolve impacting issues related to data elements; de-duplication and cleaning 
• Assisting with data analysis in Salesforce and Excel as needed 
• Creation and generation of reports on various metrics both quantitative and qualitative in Excel, Salesforce and other systems/tools 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 

• 5+ years of Salesforce.com experience across Sales, Service and Marketing cloud application. Salesforce certifications required eg Advanced Administrator/ Developer preferred 
• Applicable knowledge of ETL and data management/transformation processes 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, macros 
• Strong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required; Database/SQL skills is a plus
• Past experience with integration technologies i.e. ETL, data migration and managed applications from AppExchange 
• Experience supporting a sales/account management organization 
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills 
• Effective prioritization, organization and multi-tasking skills 
• Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
