This position is responsible for customer Purchase Order integrity and timely communication with both internal and external customers, to resolve any order intake issues. Responsible for reviewing and maintaining an updated backlog as well as working with our factories and merge center for timely delivery of product on site for customer installation. Candidates should have experience with processing orders using an ERP and CRM systems, also providing prompt and accurate customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.. Open availability as business needs arise ie, overtime, month and quarter end and some weekends when applicable
