 Description:
This role centers around the optimization and enhancement of the PayPal ad technology stack at global scale.    Primary goals include ensuring a best-in-class implementation of the stack and empowering large global community of digital marketers to utilize tool capabilities to their fullest extent. 
The Ad Technology Stack Utilization role will work closely with regional marketing, ad operations and agency partners to understand ad technology needs and challenges across channels and tools.  They will advocate for regional partners with internal teams and external vendors as necessary to ensure that needs are met and challenges are addressed. 
This person will document and socialize formal platform best practices to ensure consistency across regions. To support this effort, they will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation of the tools, and owning communication with internal teams to prioritize and guide necessary adjustments.  
 
Requirements/Deliverables
•             Create and socialize documentation of best practices to ensure that the utilization of the PayPal ad technology stack is optimal and consistent across regions
•             Work with regional stakeholders and regional agencies to identify current pain points / needs, serve as their advocate across internal teams and vendors to ensure that pain points are addressed and needs are met
•             Document the existing stack infrastructure, managing new build-outs and adjustments where necessary
•             Distill highly technical product / vendor requirements into actionable best practices
Talents
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years professional experience in digital media, ad technology, ad operations or related field
  • Hands-on experience with ad operations and media activation a plus
  • Highly effective communicator who has experience interacting at all levels of organization
  • Process-driven individual who has effectively managed and executed complex, multi-layer work streams in a matrix organization
  • Experience distilling critical information while ensuring communications are clear and action oriented
  • Experience implementing 3rd party products into a large organization
  • Hands-on experience with the following tools: ad server, mobile and tag management technologies
