Develop a deep understanding of PayPal Products and communications
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization and data-mining to tell the story behind numbers, derive actionable insights for our creative team, and make analytics recommendations based on the performance of multi-channel campaigns
Conceptualize and build dashboards that are simple, accurate, and visually appealing
Gather and develop reports from a variety of different sources: email, social, paid search, display, digital video, etc. 
Be an expert in designing presentations that are succinct and crisp, with a balance of high-level insights for executives, and a detailed enough view for core teams
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, learn and apply best practices from other teams and always strive for high quality deliverables
Think and work independently, yet demonstrate a team-player attitude. 
Demonstrate creativity and deliver quick results. 
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Marketing/Marketing Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
3+ years' work experience, with 2+ years of work experience in data analytics
Prior experience working with marketing specific analytics and creative campaigns.
Prior experience in media and/or agency background preferred. 
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Micro Strategy etc.
Experience building clear, compelling presentations
A scrappy ability to drive action and strong outcomes.  This is a large organization and you will sit in a global shared service team where resourcefulness is appreciated.
