•  Depot position
Primary job role will be to image laptops via SCCM, processing COR and reclaim tickets, setting up phones for new hires, moving users to new cubes. 
Secondary role will be to support onsite technicians.  This could include taking phone calls or responding to emails.  Phone calls/emails will consist of level 1 support.  Level 1 can be described as password resets and general "how to” conversations.
 
•  Requirements:
Basic PC software skills including Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating system
•         Microsoft Office familiarity
•         Troubleshooting PC problems in real life
•         Good mechanical skills
•         understand the importance of good customer service skills.
•         Great phone skills
•         Good writing skills
•         Ability to work in an unsupervised environment
•         Attention to details
