HRIS Analyst II

Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Maintain the Workday platform including reporting, integration monitoring, business process maintenance, basic security administration and perform necessary audits to maintain data quality
  • Track, manage and implement enhancement requests submitted by HR and non-HR customers and serve as Tier 2 support for day-to-day reqeusts and issues
  • Identify functional gaps and initiate with the internal partners at Pinterst as well as external vendors and consultants
  • Work with the IT partners to keep the HR systems secure and in good working order
Skills:
  • Experience working with multiple vendors, service providers and consultants
  • Functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes
  • A team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into solutions
  • Ability to quickly build trust and influence with external vendors and internal teams

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of recent hands-on Workday experience (required)
