 Title: Talent Systems Analyst

Core Responsibilities:
• Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for Glint, Culture and Luminary technologies
• Requires ability to participate in the strategic design of programs as well as tactical execution
• Coordinate the rollout of the global employee engagement survey. Consult with business leaders to create high quality action/improvement plans. Ensure robust global processes and metrics are implemented to track survey follow-up, action planning and impact.
• Partner with Global Talent & Org Development leadership to continuously improve and evolve the technology
• Research, identify, and resolve end user issues, system discrepancies, partnering with vendor support to track and escalate issues
• Develops relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Function as expert on system reporting functionality and capabilities.
• Maintain the integrity of HR data feed
• Collaborate with users, leadership and vendors to assess system needs and requirements and translating those requirements into system capabilities
• Manage, test, and implement system updates and enhancements, communicating potential changes that could impact users to leadership
• Create analytical reports with visually compelling charts and graphs. Prepare decks and dashboards or reports to identify key trends, patterns, as well as identify actionable items and recommendations.
• Work closely with Global Talent & Org Development and others to provide HR data analyses and insights to support key initiatives.
• Partner with the HR Information Systems (HRIS) team to ensure talent & HR metrics are incorporated in the ongoing HR information systems implementations and/or changes and that reporting capabilities of these systems is appropriate.
