Office Coordinator Job Description
The Office Coordinator will work closely with the Sr. Operations Manager to help business operational matters with a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, and productivity. Directly manage facility and G&A in collaboration with SDA leadership and counterparts.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
  • Lead initiatives to develop & implement organizational strategies & processes to improve efficiency, productivity, & office culture.
  • Conduct all internal trainings and implementations related to policies/process
  • Oversee security staffing & policies, including security officers, reception staff, & visitor processes.
  • Manage facilities, including maintenance, repairs, improvements, & planning; serve as primary liaison to building management.
  • Coordinate event planning & management
Finance Management
  • Manage project finance, including budget tracking, vendor set up & documentation, invoicing, & purchasing.
  • Lead initiatives to improve project tracking & reporting.

General Management
  • Increase organizational performance through acquiring, growing, and developing talents in collaboration with SDA leadership.
  • Lead initiatives to develop overall vision & goals for SDA culture.
  • Identify & plan culture-building policies & activities.
  • Coordinate SDA Orientation & training sessions.
