Business Intelligent Manager

Key Responsibilities include
  • Lead a team of business intelligence analysts
  • Lead the development of reports offering insight on performance of key metrics
  • Lead projects that look to automate and predict performance in this function.
  • Development, Implement and manage organization's Dashboard
  • Imagine and develop new ways to present data that adds value and insight.
  • Partner with Operations and functional support groups to develop functional capability and driving the agenda to improve metrics capture and performance data for lead and lag indicators
  • Working with the functional business leaders and technology leaders to build scalable processes and metrics supported by automated reporting and decision support tools
  • Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources into a digestible and actionable format to drive change and new initiatives using analysis
  • Support the Program/Product Managers and their cross-functional project teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics, projects and initiatives

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Statistics or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in web analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position.
  • 5+ years relational database and SQL skills in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or other database platform
  • Existing knowledge of AWS platform and technologies
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience in designing and delivering large cross functional custom reporting systems by managing technical teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Proven experience in BI/DW as a change leader providing strategic research, recommendations, and implementations
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload
  • A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
  • Experience working with disparate data sources and turning them into a unified solution
