POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; Follow communication "scripts” when handling different topics; Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and engage technical resources as needed; Keep records of all conversation details in our ticketing system; Open bridge lines if needed to manage production incidents

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a customer support role; Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening; Familiarity with ticketing systems; Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types; Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school degree
