Work Hours: (1st Shift) 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Description
Experience: 0-3 years professional experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Certifications if applicable. Create and review technical drawings, blueprints, schematics or specifications. Operate instruments, track test results, and troubleshoot when problems arise. Maintain equipment, including ordering parts and directing or performing preventative and repair maintenance as needed. Maintain logs and write reports of activity results and equipment maintenance.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Coordinate of all aspects associated with the assigned work orders and projects from start
  • to completion. May include but not limited to: Working with engineering, vendors,
  • material purchasing etc.
  • Perform calibrations of the process and test equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on the process equipment.
  • Perform equipment repairs.
  • Maintain records on equipment repairs and the associated parts.
  • Provide support to department personnel and cross-training

Education:
High School graduate.

Job Requirements:
  • Good mechanical and/or electrical repair & troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read, and interpret diagrams, schematics or common technical documents and
  • procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
  • Self-motivation and integrity to work with limited supervision.
  • Must have good record keeping and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills,
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of personnel, within the organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area/equipment per "6S” requirements.
  • Maintain an attitude of willingness to learn and grow in a team environment.

Required Experience:
  • 2 years minimum of electrical and/or mechanical equipment maintenance and repair experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Physical demands and work environment:
  • Requires standing, sitting, bending forward crouching.
  • Lifting and carrying up to forty (40) pounds.
