  • Audits service work orders for accuracy and ensure timely accurate revenue recognition and/or service order closure.
  • Communicates with internal & external customer regarding purchase order and billing accuracy.
  • Performs work order verification and processing in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Serves as a resource to the field organization and customers by researching and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Interfaces with multiple internal departments.
  • Accurately answer, complete and respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
  • Answer inbound calls through the ACD lines.
  • Performs other related duties, projects and tasks as assigned.
2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.
  • High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable.
  • Certification if applicable.
