• Job Description: The Sr. FA will support AM Services Controller with FP&A duty for the AM CS&S organization. The tasks include: 1) budgeting 2) forecasting (including system upload into Hyperion) 3) reporting & analysis. Prior CS&S experience preferred but not required. Strong system knowledge is required (Hyperion, Oracle, Smartview, Excel) Job Overview In support of Global Service Planning (GSP) activities and Customer Service and Support (CS&S) programs, provide analytic and modeling support to Product Support Managers (PSM’s) and Staff. Assist with financial modeling and reporting related to FIAT models and financial analysis of CS&S activities. Develop and maintain a portfolio of modeling templates and tools and assist PSM’s in their use. Facilitate consolidated reporting and analytics based upon these templates. Also assists with go-to-market (GTM) and product release activities including, but not limited to, supporting the PARATURE process. This position is required to work across project teams and involves interaction with many levels of the Support organization Globally as well as HDS Corporate Staff, Product Management, Pricing Operations, and Client Finance teams. Job Functions / Responsibilities under general supervision • Interface with all levels of HDS Management, Staff, and Organizations. • Participate in CS&S Modeling and Forecasting activities. • Maintain awareness of service and support pricing, discounting practices, and service issues. • Monitor Pricing Alerts and product release activities. Compile related hot-sheets and issue tracking dashboards. • Support Global Deal Operations Center (DOC) Teams and PSM’s in quote analytics related to services, issue isolation, research, and resolution. • Participate in the PARATURE release process as assigned. • Develop SW tools, maintain portfolio templates and tools for PSM and GSP use. • Requirements: Primary Qualifications • Four Year college degree required. • Strong aptitude for financial modeling, portfolio modeling, scenario analysis, and analytics. • Conversant with tools and techniques for summarization and presentation of results. • 2-5 years of experience in high technology sector desired, could be fulfilled by internship. • Exposure to technical support, manufacturing, and/or service organizations preferred. • Organized, self-motivated, comfortable operating with minimal supervision, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills including persuasive presentation skills. • Practitioner’s knowledge of Excel and financial modeling concepts required (including modeling Bill of Material (BOM) structures, financial modeling, margin analysis, P&L structures). • Knowledge of extract and reporting tools and environments preferred
