Experience: 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization.

Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.

Must have excellent manual dexterity as well as prior soldering experience. Will work with very fine/delicate materials.

With supervision, performs various repetitive electronic assembly operations on components or subassemblies.
Sets and operates a machine for the purpose of assembling, processing, or repairing individual products.
Properly handles the established process and the process parameters

Duties and responsibilities:
May use schematics or blueprints, wiring lists, and verbal and written instructions to assemble, modify, rework, or reassemble units.
Receives detailed instructions on new assignments. May perform basic electrical testing
Given work method/short cycle, loading + unloading, limited number of basic operations/fixed sequence. 'Strictly' operational. Routine/repetitive.
Reporting abnormalities/failures to foreman.
Ability to follow directions
Manual dexterity with hands and tools used in assembly operations.
Basic understanding of hand tools required for assembling electronic components (e.g. soldering iron, pliers, wire strippers).
Some previous use of measurement devices (e.g. calipers) and testing devices helpful.
Perform other duties as assigned
