Job description:

6 Month plus potential 6 Month extension.

As the Senior Full-Stack .Net Developer you will work on a team of Software Engineers developing web-based applications from end-to-end in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will develop full-stack web applications in a technical environment with C#, RESTful web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server and other technologies. This resource will be actively designing, coding, and testing new solutions for a new global B2B platform. This role requires significant collaboration, mature interpersonal and professional skills, flexibility, appreciation for craftsmanship, ability to meet project timelines and pays attention to details.

Technical Skill Requirements:
• 5+ years of ASP.NET MVC development and the C# language.
• 5+ years of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Must include HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience delivering digital marketing sites and applications with responsive and adaptive web design
• Experience in software design concepts such as separation of concerns, microservices and SOA
• Well versed in client server environment, three tier environment and N-tier environments.
• Experience with front end JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, AngularJs, React and Knockout
• Experience building and consuming REST web services
• Robust knowledge and understanding of relational databases
• Working knowledge of XML/JSON and using 3rd party API's.
• Experience building integrations between independent systems, services and data sources
• Experience with object oriented design, software patterns, and refactoring
• Experience writing unit and integration test cases
• Experience with application security and user authentication
• Good knowledge of architectural considerations for B2B web sites like scalability, availability, CDNs, Azure/cloud deployment
• Experience building multi-lingual web solutions
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Job Responsibilities:
• Code, test, debug, document and implement software solutions
• Provide direction on front-end tools and approach
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Manage delivery to both the functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, availability, reliability and security.
• Solve complex technical problems and effectively communicate solutions to systems architects, peers and management.
• Develop RESTful webservices and integrations between custom website applications, content management systems and ecommerce platforms.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies including the daily SCRUM. Additionally, lead collaborative sessions with other team members.
• Collaborate with infrastructure team, DBAs, and other software developers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
• Provide accurate estimates as well as clearly communicating status of tasks and identification of risks
• Complete all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing and support utilizing Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
• Demonstration of self-driven, highly motivated, and excellent communication skills.
• Provide technical advice, instruction, and training to other unit/department personnel with less experience.
