Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Project Overview

Roll-up of budget tracking for the program plan including managing critical path. Provide clarity on decision needed across the program, document and manage timings to keep the program on track. Define program governance, roles and responsibilities in the program including delivery of RACI matrix. Produce and track program risk and issue logs (mitigation plans to be assigned and tracked). Responsible for program status reports, status meetings and minutes. Manage change requests to the program.
 
Required Skills
  • Sr. level Oracle EBS development expertise (7 - 10 years)
  • Expertise in Oracle Work In Process (WIP) with 3 - 5 years experience in same
  • Proficient with Oracle Order Management (OM) and Workflow with 1 - 3 years experience in same
  • Proficient in the following with 1 - 3 years experience in same o SQl and PL/SQL o BI Publisher o Application Object Library
  • Excellent communication skills, including native quality English verbal and written abilities
  • Collaborative issue resolution and escalation
  • Proficient in use of desktop productivity tools (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite, video conferencing, IM)
  • Self motivated and works well in teams or individually
  • Use of TOAD, SQL*Developer, or similar
  • Basic Unix skills
 
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Participate in providing Oracle EBS recommendations to address business capabilities gaps
  • Produce technical documentation for business capabilities requiring implementation
  • Develop and Unit Test efforts as assigned
  • Triage of issues as they come in and own resolution
  • Drive all assigned tasks to completion including efforts needed from others
  • Provide status updates to project manager as requested

  • Knowledge of Oracle Project Accounting (PA), Time and Labor (OTL), or Time Management (OTM)
  • Advanced Unix skills
  • Advanced Development Framework
  • Experience outside of Oracle with commercial or custom applications
  • Member of geographically diverse teams including offshore
  • Experience working with VP level, stakeholders and large consultant firms (ie: Client, Client)
