Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or technology related field preferred. Ten (10) years of experience in developing enterprise and/or in integration architectures.


Position Purpose:
The principle responsibilities of the End User Computing Architect are to provide expertise and leadership in the design, configuration and management of all corporate EUC devices and associated supporting infrastructure and management services.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions: 1. Ensuring a consistent EUC environment focused on customer-centric, value driven technology solutions. 2. Design, build and deployment of technical solution enabling high quality consumerized experiences for the customers of these services. 3. Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices to enhance the user experience. 4. Identify, document, enhance and optimize existing solutions in the EUC stack. 5. Scope is inclusive of infrastructure, endpoint devices and mobile devices. 6. Perform the role of Subject Matter Expert in the EUC, VDI, and Compute Infrastructure domains. 7. Experience implementing GPOs, OU, resources, security principals, replication, DNS/name space, group policy management, schema modifications, ADFS, SSO, domain/forest creation 8. Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements: 1. Architectural expertise in the following areas; (a) Understanding of data-center technology, virtualization and presentation technology stack; (b) Active Directory, VDI and SCCM (c) Managing teams of one to five indirect resources in a matrixed environment is preferred. (d) Self-starter, team player, and effective negotiator with advanced decision-making and diplomacy skills. (e) Demonstrates enterprise thinking and influence across functional boundaries. (f) Curious, Confident and a holistic perspective.
