Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and related materials for external reporting
  • Assist with statutory reporting requirements in certain foreign jurisdictions
  • Support external and internal audit requests throughout the year
  • Perform technical accounting research and prepare whitepapers to support accounting positions.
  • Ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with other departments on various aspects of financial reporting and technical accounting
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with an emphasis in accounting required.
  • CPA preferred, with Big 4 Accounting Firm or equivalent experience
  • Significant (5+ years) related work experience
  • Prior SEC/External reporting experience (public or private)
  • Technical expertise in US GAAP with experience preparing whitepapers and benchmarking disclosures
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 and ASC 842
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making, organization, and communication skills
  • Independently motivated to research and problem solve
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • The ability to work in conditions where there are multiple and changing priorities, specific time constraints, and extended work hours during peak periods
