Expert level experience in Contact Center, communication related feature UI/UX design using latest technologies such as HTML5/AngularJS/React/Redux with responsive web design

Expert in UX/UI Design for customers and enterprise/agents/specialist, supervisors and Operations. Transform product strategy and ideas into UI wireframes , click through and design for   Web Portals and web widgets for delightful user experience.   Experienced designer in real time and near real time communication features  embedded in Business workflow or Line of Business applications. The applications cover Specialist/Agent and Supervisor Apps, Monitoring and Reporting Portals/Dashboards, Omnichannel Customer Journey Architect Interfaces and Business and IT operation tooling for Business Continuity and End State.  Proficiency in contact center applications, Process workflow , Dashboard and Reporting Tools and experience with multi-channel orchestration and interaction routing is required. Expert in one or more core communications and contact center User facing applications. Experience with Cloud applications, Client APIs/Frameworks, rich HTML5/WebRTC and Portal clients for desktop and mobiles is required.
