Third Shift Call Center Rep

Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Detail oriented customer service professional to answer incoming calls. dispatch and triage incoming medical calls. Must be able to work quickly and accurately handle confidential information Temp to hire position.

HOURS: 11pm - 7:15AM ( Friday – Monday 4 day compressed scheduled 9.75 hours per day)


TRAINING: 3pm -11pm for 3 weeks

Responsibilities include: taking incoming calls from patients, clients and their office staff, healthcare providers and hospitals; screening caller requests, taking messages, dispatching to appropriate on-call providers based on established protocols, checking and updating on-call calendars and databases per client request.
Successful candidate should have:
- 3years customer service or call center experience
- Basic PC skills and ability to navigate in Windows environment
- Typing speed of 40 wpm
- Flexible work schedule
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to accept responsibility
- Attention to detail

- High school diploma
