Monday to Friday 3-11 pm
Coverage maybe required to cover vacations on the weekend for supervisors
We are seeking a Call Center Associate Supervisor- 2nd Shift to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information and resolving escalated issues
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information and training to team
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base and account / directory information

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, medical or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients, review scheduling
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Contact Center Team Lead will supervise the contact center, assist with recruiting and training new employees and manage the overall "Customer Experience "
HOURS: 3-11pm MONDAY - FRIDAY
Weekend Rotation ( expect to cover weekend supervisors as needed)

Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • 5 years of contact or call center experience
  • 2 years in a supervisory capacity
