Statement and Tax Reporting –Tax Season Consultant

Internal Call Center supporting our monthly brokerage statements, as well as our Tax Reporting Statements. Handle approximately 25- 50 inbound phone calls a day from our branch office personnel. The individual should demonstrate excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail. Candidates should have a professional demeanor and be able to maintain a stringent call center schedule. Full training will be provided. Prior financial services experience a plus. Recent college graduates welcomed.
