The team manages the production, operations, and engineering of our data centers, voice and data networking solutions, wireless technologies, server and database operations, desktops, servers and mainframes.Position Description- Drive global expansion of Skype for Business Video within the firm- Perform related hardware and software deployment support- Develop end user documentation e.g., QRC, Quick Start Guides, FAQ's- Manage end user and stakeholder level communications


Required Skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a customer oriented technology role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Skype for Business product and/or similar collaboration platforms- Self-starter, eager to learn, demonstrated ability to solve hard problems
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Strong self-management skills & ability to work independently on multiple work streams
- Excellent project management skills & attention to detail, demonstrated ability to deliver
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal & written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office e.g, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio
- Bachelor's Degree

Desired Skills:
-Prior technology deployment experience
- Intermediate Excel experience including pivots, functions, charting etc.
