The Financial Advisor Associate Sourcing and Selection Team drives the overall field strategy relative to the sourcing and selection of Financial Advisor Associates for Brokerage Wealth Management. The Sourcer supports this program by supporting the development of recruiting and proactive sourcing processes for qualified individuals seeking a career as a Financial Advisor, including designing sourcing strategies and process implementation.

• Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent
• Develop/implement pilot programs that test alternative sourcing/selection methods
• Partner with recruiters and management team to design and implement sourcing strategies and best practices locally, regionally and nationally
• Augment Field Management sourcing skills to drive local results. Foster and grow relationships that develop into true partnerships at all levels of the organization
• Recommend strategies to improve candidate attraction and engagement
• Support digital sourcing initiatives through the design, implementation and/or management of digital and social media sourcing projects & initiatives (including but not limited to: social media campaigns, email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
• Drive effective field activity by tracking progress of passive candidates
• Gather and disseminate competitive information
• Support targeted diversity initiatives
• Process oriented and able to create standardized processes to improve sourcing efficiency
• Tracking and reporting of sourcing activity across numerous platforms
• Conduct structured and unstructured interviews
• Support special event recruiting
• Manage vendor relationships
• Project management
• Conduct on-going market research to understand local markets, competitive landscape and identify both traditional and non-traditional sourcing opportunities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in recruiting, selection, and training; experience in Financial Services industry a plus
• Knowledge of recruiting sales professionals
• Understanding of traditional and innovative recruiting methods, selection assessment tools, and hiring/on-boarding procedures
• Experience with employer branding and using social media to attract talent
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability foster strong relationships among the team, with Associates, and with Field Management
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
• Experience with HireVue or video interviewing
• Behavioral Interview Certified a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills to assist internal customers in resolving issues while maintaining necessary confidentiality
• Strong understanding of Boolean search/logic
• Comfortable cold calling prospective candidates

• Demonstrated ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple and diverse responsibilities
• Excellent communication, team-building, organizational and client-relationship skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and various Applicant Tracking Systems
