Job Description
• Setup of travel and expense helpdesk process in MS SharePoint
o Collection of requirements for travel support (e.g. whom to call for what)
o Meeting with travel vendors and key stakeholders on their support process/coverage
o Development and testing of process with stakeholders/vendors
o Creation of process to escalate issues if/when needed
• Providing updates/plans
• Facilitation of change implementation
• Development of communication and rollout plan
• Training development and rollout
• Build and maintain strong internal working relationships with all key stakeholders – e.g. Commercial, Sourcing, Finance, HR

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent professional qualification)
• Travel and Expense program experience
• Significant SharePoint experience
• Need to know how to design workflows in MS Office
