Job Description:
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses expertise in the business unit(s) they support, as well as, an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Typically has 0 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

• Availability that covers a shift that would end by 8pm EST (12pm – 8pm is the suggested shift).
• Physically Located in Clarks Summit, PA office - remote work is not an option
• Must use ServiceNow, Outlook shared mailbox feature, Box, Skype, Excel, PowerPoint, WebEx. ServiceNow end user interface skills/experience are critical; development is not required.
• Must strictly follow documented procedures
• Comfortable interacting with key senior level IT and business stakeholders.
• Self-starter with accountability for a clear scope of work; authority to escalate to manager or others within the IT organization.
• Attention to detail in work management and reporting. Most tasks in this space are manual and quality is dictated by the individual managing the task.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
