**Must have experience with Call Center/IVR.

The BSA will be part of the Channel and Integration team. They will meet with business partners to review business requirements. They will create functional requirements, user interface documentation, and Use Cases. They will work closely with the testing teams to validate requirements are understood. They will meet with Team to gather and document the level of effort on projects. They will be asked to work some evening hours and occasional weekends as part of new technology deployments. They will perform various other analytical tasks as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned Projects, including post deployment metric reviews to determine project success. The BSA will be responsible for requirements and functional architecture. Involved in testing and implementation of applications.

Skills needed:
All BSA's must have a proven track record of Call Center project experience.
IVR experience preferred.
