File Clerk (Level III)

This position will be working with files, heavy file inventory data entry, sorting/purging as necessary and organizing files/boxes to be shipped to off-site storage vendor. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of archiving. Retrieves data or correspondence from files as requested within an appropriate time frame. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Time management skills with the ability to multitask when needed
Computer savviness. Candidate will be trained in internal systems in order to inventory and archive files per Company/department guidelines.
MS office proficiency (advanced intermediate/advanced functions)
Able to lift boxes (10-20 pounds)
