Desktop Analytics (DTA) is core to the Markets Operations re-engineering strategy. It captures desktop events at employee level and provides desktop activity intelligence and improvement software to measure and manage how people, processes, and technology work together. The application captures various data elements such as session start and end times, application usage, internet usage, etc., and is expected to provide the following :
• Benchmark productivity across teams, locations, and products
• Set standards and define best practices across processes
• Identify opportunities for Robotics and Lean Implementation
• Capacity Planning and FTE utilization

Role of Resource:
Project will gather Desk top Analytics (DTA) from 60K users machines and generate senior management executive dashboards/decks/periodical summary reports. From a tech perspective, the resource will :
1. Install vendor packages on 100+ cloud virtual machines.
2. Setup montoring tools and monitor all application servers and database servers.
3. Ensure that all Replication and COB activities are in place.
4. Ensure all rules are updated to ensure appropriate data manipulation and display in QlikView dashboards.
5. Actively participate in build and rollout of additional environments to cater to onboarding of new users.

?1. Candidate should have 8+ years of experience supporting real-time and distributed applications.
2. Must be detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
4. Communication and Analytical skills
5. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
6. Troubleshoot and analyze production issues
7. Support system and infrastructure upgrades
8. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
9. Familiarity with database design, documentation and coding
10. Strong knowledge of SQL - Should be able to write a lot of queries.
11. Experience in MSSQL Server is a plus.
