Part Time - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Flexible hours.


REQUIREMENTS: Customer Operations Associate I This is NOT a call center position.

This is a 3 day a week position. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Flexible hours.

1. Progressive Customer Operations experience.
2. Personal commitment to internal customer operations support.
3. Ability to read and understand financial data and verbiage.
4. Capable of independent problem solving.
5. Strong verbal/written communication skills
6. Advanced PC skills, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite.

Under general supervision, provides operations support to the Installation Manager and the Customer Operations Associate, processes orders, answers internal customer inquiries, and addresses customer concerns/issues within designated timeframes. Works with Senior Customer Operations Associate to establish priorities and resolve open issues.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1. Responds office general phone calls.
2. Processes daily mail.
3. Supports HVAC Installation Manager with AR calls.
4. Researches AR issues with JCI project managers and documents results.
5. Develops financial tracking reports, updates and distributes.
6. Reviews revenue reports and advises project leaders of material orders yet to be placed.
7. Provides backup support to the Senior Customer Operations Associate.
8. Performs additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
