Client is deploying E2Open to create supplier visibility across all its Buildings Technology Factories, in several waves of parallel projects. We require a PM to join our PMO and lead one or more of these projects.

Background and Capabilities Required:
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in IT related field or MBA preferred.
Supply chain experience with multiple ERPs strong preferred, particularly in Materials Management.
Direct exposure to manufacturing plants would be an ideal background.
5-10 Years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization.
Advanced project management skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively.

Tasks:
1. Defining the project Client, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets and measures of success
2. Work with manufacturing facilities to build stakeholder relationships and assess/plan readiness
3. Developing project budgets and plans to manage the end-to end project execution
4. Ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured accurately and completely
5. Creating and maintaining project documentation using multiple Client standards and tools
6. Facilitating day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and sponsor expectations
7. Acting as the link between the assigned project resources and key stakeholders
8. Ensuring project closure including completion of lessons learned and required documentation
9. Strong cross-business unit/IT communication, influence and negotiation.
10. Tracking project status and managing project issues and risks
11. Monitoring and achieving budget
12. Escalating issues effectively through the Client organization
13. Lead multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients
