Operations Support Coordinator

Location: Pennington, New Jersey
Job Description: Primary responsibility will be to utilize the Records Management System (RMS) to track Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation by ensuring the RMS is up-to-date. May additionally provide documentation & training support utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS) and Document Management System (DMS).


Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to quickly learn & use different software applications
- Experience working with records management, learning management, and documentation management systems is preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills in order to coordinate multiple tasks, processes, and/or programs in a deadline-driven environment


Experience/Position Requirements Desired
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years experience in a regulated environment
- Must have basic PC skills & be comfortable utilizing software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team based environment and interact well with other personnel at various levels
