Position Description
The Manager, Corporate Development (M&A) is a highly visible role and will directly support the execution of acquisitions, divestitures and select other strategic projects worldwide. The role involves significant project management and financial analysis as well as extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Activities include the identification of target acquisitions, building valuation and other financial models, preparing presentations for internal and external uses, managing and conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, helping in the preparation and negotiation of certain legal documents, and implementing most phases of corporate transactions. For the Manager role, we are seeking ambitious, well-rounded individuals who enjoy rolling-up their sleeves, being challenged and solving a multitude of problems big and small, are intellectually curious, and can be further developed into finance and/or business leaders. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate skills including financial acumen, leadership, determination, project management and teamwork. This person should be comfortable with rigorous analytical modeling and have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles. Attention to detail and successful execution of daily operations are critical and necessary for success in this role. Comfort with and ability to effectively and proactively engage with peers and business unit experts (eg, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Accounting, HR) up through C-Level executives is a key requirement. • Collaborate and serve as day-to-day project manager with a Vice President of Corporate Development on all phases of corporate M&A transactions worldwide • Support strong communication and relationships with colleagues from across the organizations in various functional areas, as well as external groups such as bankers and consultants, and managing the timely execution of numerous deadlines and milestones • Deliver analytically rigorous and data-driven insights and presentations that help Client' executives make strategic decisions and drive business prioritization

Skills Required
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy/initiatives, operational plans, legal principles and financial performance • Strong financial modeling, problem solving and project management skills • Outgoing with enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving and busy team environment as well as demonstrable leadership skills with the ability/experience in influencing others • Strong oral and written communication skills, including an ability to listen and to articulate complex concepts in a manner that is audience-appropriate • Highest standards of accuracy and precision, organization, and with ability to multi-task and work autonomously • Strong mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Experience Required
• At least 3 years of corporate development, investment banking or other relevant experience

Education Preferred
• MBA, preferably with a concentration in finance or accounting (or an MBA with a strong undergraduate degree in finance or accounting)
