Email and CRM Marketing Associate

The Email and CRM Marketing Associate position will provide technical and operational support for CRM and email marketing executions across CLIENT brands and enterprise projects. The role requires a strong understanding of the IBM Watson Campaign Automation (Silverpop) platform and its email operations, marketing automation, A/B testing, analytics and audience segmentation tools. The successful candidate will have an analytics mindset, solid organizational skills as well as a strong attention to detail for flawless email execution and safe handling of the company's first-party data.

The role requires coordination with technical and data groups to execute email and multi-channel CRM programs. The role also requires managing proper tagging and delivery of creative assets with internal and external agencies and partners. The Email Marketing Associate will also keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and integrate into recommendations and standard practice. Strong analytic skills are required for the analysis on online marketing results (i.e. email performance and consumer site engagement) and database growth. Deploying email newsletter campaigns is not a primary responsibility, but proficiency is required to supplement email ops staff when volume is high. Please note that this is not a creative or copywriting role. It is a data and operations role.



Serve as power user and technical expert for IBM Watson Campaign Automation. Master technical features useful for email and CRM programs including set up of relational tables or contact lists, API calls, programs and automation, landing pages, segmentation, new brand org set up. Use Silverpop to grow automation and customization of brand CRM programs. Provide Silverpop support for IT, data science, and other groups in innovation projects that test and to expand company's use of CRM data. Manage CRM audience data for brands. Manage inputs to database of record including integration of 1st party data sources and push out to data partners. Set up and maintain automated data management. Import/export CRM data for use in media campaigns. Maintain database hygiene – conduct audit and maintain consistency. Build marketing automation for email campaigns. Design and build triggered and sequenced email programs in Silverpop. Work with in-house agency to build logic and flow of email portion of multi-channel campaigns.


2-4 years in email marketing or Digital Marketing. Proficiency in IBM Watson Campaign Automation (Silverpop)
