1-3 year's experience in role. Person will be responsible for generating candidate pools for a variety of professional and production positions. Candidate assessment, screening and pre-closing are required. Recruiter will also monitor onboarding progress to ensure delays are minimized and new hire preparations are complete prior to the candidates start date. Person will work extensively with a variety of sophisticated database and internet tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law knowledge and act as a resource supporting policies and practices. Other human resources duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA and a minimum of 2 year's experience in a professional staffing role, as either an in-house recruiter, or with a 3rd party recruiting firm. Strong experience with Internet recruiting and active identifying of candidates. Person must possess sales and customer service skills. –
