Client Insights and Design Strategy team is looking for a Community and Test Manager for Canvas, designed by Client.

Canvas is Client's testing community and platform for co-creating the future of banking with customers by inviting them into the conversation and putting new products, features, and experiences into their hands to use as a part of their everyday.

What You'll Do (Position Responsibilities)
- Own the day-to-day management of and test pipeline for the Canvas Community
- Act as a guide and subject matter expert to product owners as they assess, plan, prepare, execute, and close out tests
- Partner with marketing, design, product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the Canvas brand and supporting content across the various Canvas touchpoints (Community, marketing, website, etc.)
- Oversee third-party agencies that support the Canvas Community and execution of tests
- Implement qualitative and quantitative research techniques to answer key test questions and add context to backend behavioral analytics
- Synthesize test results to deliver actionable insights to specific product owners, while adding to the overall Canvas narrative
- Close the co-creation loop by contributing to case studies, identifying testing and Community best practices, and communicating the impact testers have had on Canvas and Client

Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in user research, online community development or management, Design Thinking, digital experience design and/or Agile software development
- A seasoned synthesizer and an integrated thinker who desires to make the complex clear
- A thoughtful, unquenchably curious person who likes asking "why” and thinking two steps ahead
- A problem solver with a consultative mindset
- A passionate, scrappy innovator who questions the norm and finds better ways to do things
- A people person who can collaborate and persuade
