o Covering the front desk including managing the main telephone line, greeting clients and distributing deliveries
o Calendar management and meeting coordination
o Travel coordination and preparation of expense reports
o Generating/creating Excel spreadsheets and various deadline oriented reporting
o Developing purchase requisitions and assist with vendor management, budget tracking
o Developing and modifying PowerPoint presentations
o General clerical responsibilities, such as copying, filing, ordering supplies etc.
o Meeting preparation, including creating and binding presentation materials, ordering food, etc.
o Provide back up support coverage to the administrative team as needed
o Various office projects and other duties as assigned
