Data Automation Expert (SharePoint/Excel) - Banking

Initially, this resource will be responsible for running existing weekly processes and improving the running of those processes to remove manual steps and improve consistency. This person must be detail-oriented, able to follow Client standards, consistent in thoroughly testing enhancements before implementing in production environment and able to cope under time pressures in a rapidly-changing environment.

We need someone with a vision for updating/refreshing data lists with little or no manual effort in an easy-to-maintain way. No complex VBA that must be tweaked frequently or macros that reside only on one person's PC. Processes should be easily transferred between team members and simple enough (once running smoothly) to delegate to a junior analyst.

This person will be responsible for creating and enhancing SharePoint 2013 list/library infrastructure to meet the needs of new programs or reporting, creating system integration and for developing resource, location and contract analytics. SharePoint Designer experience is needed to maintain workflows. Experience using SQL Server, SharePoint Business Intelligence, Qlikview and/or MicroStrategy Desktop desired.

Must-Have Skills:


- Must be honest and trustworthy, able to work independently and accomplish tasks with limited supervision and to follow guidelines for work delegation and priority

- EXPERT-level experience in Excel and Access, with complete understanding of update, append and delete queries, vlookup/index, pivot tables and charts *Skills assessments required before phone interview*

- STRONG Experience using SharePoint lists as an automated data source
- STRONG Experience using SharePoint Designer to create/modify workflows
- STRONG Experience using InfoPath Designer to create/modify complex forms
- Experience creating analytics
- Able to create automation in the confines of end-user Microsoft tools
- Able to write technical documentation and end-user instructions in English
- Able to meet with business unit leaders to demonstrate new processes/analytics and solicit feedback speaking clear English
- Able to follow written instructions and comply with Client standards
- Able to manage deliverables within aggressive timeframes and cope under time pressures
- Able to be in the Tampa office daily
- Must have professional coding techniques
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-starter with ability to research/resolve issues
