Receptionist needed for major Financial client in Los Angeles, CA.
*College degree highly preferred.

Position Description:
*Well-spoken individual who will be responsible for answering busy phones, taking detailed messages that include high level clients and transferring calls in the voicemail system (Individual should understand that when transferring calls to stay on the line and make sure they are completed).
*Must be customer service oriented.
*Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
​*Must dress professionally.

*Meet and greet clients, manage conference rooms (i.e., schedule rooms, make sure rooms are presentable before each meeting).
*Coordinate package and messenger deliveries.
*Flexible to take on Various Administrative duties - may be asked to provide back up support for Executive Assistants, so flexibility helpful.

Basic Admin functions & Standard reception duties required:
• General back up support for EA team
• Answer phones on Main Line and assist with back up phone support for Admin team
• Keep the office clean – general tidying up including running dishwashers and putting away dishes, etc.
• Stock the kitchen and order weekly groceries
• Order catering every Friday
• Greet guests
• Open the front door primarily
• High school graduate accepted, College degree preferred.

*Monday-Friday (hours 9-6pm), flexible lunch depending on day
