- Job responsibilities
o Provide 3rd level support and training for all employees and upper management in areas of audioconferencing, mobility and videoconferencing
o Serve as liaison between client Global Business Services and vendors teams to fulfill all users' requests and issues with respect to audioconferencing, mobility and videoconferencing
o Participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation
o Maintain on-going knowledge of wireless pricing, plans, programs, incentives, devices upgrades and mobility related documentation and processes
o Maintain on-going knowledge of technologies used for areas of audioconferencing, mobility and videoconferencing
o Work with Global Business Services team on various quantitative analyses in areas of audioconferencing, mobility and videoconferencing
o Work with Global Business Services team on projects to automate processes in areas of analytics and support for audioconferencing, mobility and videoconferencing
- The successful candidate for this position will possess the following requirements
o 3 years plus of experience in the telecommunications industry; experience with Telecommunication or Client Wireless support preferred
o Experience with Help Desk services for telecommunication services
o Strong written and communication skills
o Audioconference tools experience – familiarity with Skype for Business and MS Broadcast is preferred
o Wireless Device management experience - familiarity with Blackberry, iOS, and Android-based devices is preferred
o Videoconferencing tools experience – familiarity with CISCO video devices is preferred
o Strong PC skills – additional experience with Excel is preferred
o Experience in running/coordinating projects is preferred
o Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines as scheduled
