Temporal PTP implementation leader – Lease accounting

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a hands-on PTP (Purchase to Pay) professional that supports the implementation and adoption of new PTP processes to accommodate the new regulation of lease accounting within global procurement. The role has a duration of 6 months. As PTP implementation leader for lease accounting you will be responsible for:
• Support on the definition of changes in our PTP processes required to adopt new leasing standards
• Lead and ensure the adoptions on changes in PTP processes (Focus on Coupa)
• Coordinate with finance, procurement and Lease accounting project all changes required to successfully implement lease accounting project
• Support UAT and testing in general
• Support the creation of new central lease COE that will coordinate PTP activities centrally
• Support training and knowledge transfer activities to central lease COE team

Understanding of procurement, PTP processes (specially PO and invoicing processes) is crucial, the person will need to get up to speed very fast as the implementation plan is very demanding. The role reports on the Global capabilities lead for Source to contract.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree (negotiable)
Experience working in other transformational project in PTP
Experience working projects in PTP
PREFERRED SKILLS
Good communication skills
Knowledge on how SAP Works
Knowledge on PO and invoicing process flows
Knowledge of Coupa (web forms, catalogues, etc.) required
Structured persons
Analytic skills
Hands on / make things happen
