This position is for a seasoned professional individual contributor in Disability and Wellness who works as part of a team, with minimal supervision as a consultant on some client accounts and/or support the lead consultant in managing client accounts for employers of varying sizes. Level of support depends on the size of client as well as complexity and revenue of the account.

Manages the scope, quality, timeliness and budget of multiple client deliverables and support teams in researching, analyzing, and evaluating Disability plans, programs, wellness strategies, accommodation, attendance, addictions, prevention programs, etc.
Interacts with clients and develops relationships, is involved in developing strategies to meet clients' needs, and takes on the role of a trusted advisor with the senior team members.
Provides high level contract and/or administrative analysis, process mapping, program development, policy development, and more.
Peer reviews work and has their work peer reviewed.
Gather and Reviews RFP information, analyzes and interprets the results, edits and finalizes the executive summary report, and reviews report with THM team.
Develops and maintains personal and working relationships with key client stakeholders to transition into the role of a trusted advisor and facilitate the sharing of advice and information relevant to the client, developing new and expanded business, and gaining client referrals.

•Help assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives for improving health and wellness

•Develop a high level of knowledge of vendors of disability, health management and absence management programs, etc.
•Assess client disability management processes and make recommendations for improvements
•Provide advice to clients on how to improve disability management outcomes through process changes, early intervention services, illness prevention and wellness programs
•Participate in the development of consulting tools and methodologies such as best practices templates and audit tools, as well as wellness assessments
•Prepare client reports and presentations to deliver results of consulting assignments and make recommendations
•Prepare requests for proposals for vendor searches, assess proposals and draft reports in the areas of disability management, wellness and employee assistance programs
•Conduct disability case reviews with clients and insurers
•Conduct disability case audits

Qualifications:

•University degree
•3-10 years of experience in a field related to disability management and wellness
•High level of knowledge of disability management, wellness programs, employee assistance programs, etc.
•Knowledge of the insurance industry
•Ability to lead and facilitate client meetings
•Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills in English
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
•Ability to work in a team
•Ability to plan and execute projects

-35-40 hours per week
-disability claim audits-potential travel-up to a week on client site. Expenses reimbursements
-Focus on disability claims management
-insurance experience, be comfortable auditing files and advising clients

Bi-lingual a must. French/English
