Job Description
This position is for a recognized specialist in Executive / Administrative Assistants who will be responsible for managing calendars, travel and other tasks for senior leaders in the Health practice. This is a temp-to-perm position; so job commitment of 5+ years with more than one employer is important.
Job Profile Description
• Manages calendar, schedules internal and external meetings, and arranges travel for the executives to optimize work performance.
• Processes and/or coordinates completion of expense reports in a timely manner.
• Handles higher level internal and external inquiries to support high level of customer satisfaction and communication.
• Undertakes complex administrative duties with specific projects as required.
• Provides training and assistance to other administrative staff in the department to facilitate employee development.
