Job Description:
The Global Collateral Operations Resolution Planning and Regulatory Change team are responsible for ensuring that Collateral Operations are prepared for all new / upcoming regulations and for submitting the collateral elements of the firms resolution and recovery plan.

Working alongside a small team, the successful candidate will have responsibility for:
- Reviewing existing regulatory reports to ensure adherence with the firm's Enterprise Data Management policy. This will involve performing field level source system mappings, reviewing whether data is coming from the most appropriate sources and making target state recommendations.
- Reviewing the existing processes, risks and controls which exist around the regulatory reports and identifying any gaps.
- Working on a project to review the collateral balances held in our central data repository and performing some in depth analysis and documentation around the existing reconciliations
- There may also be opportunities to get involved in the collateral target state infrastructure program which is currently underway across the group

Requirements:
- Experience of collateral management
- Experience of implementing and performing reconciliations
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, able to engage with various levels of stakeholder and team members in remote locations
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and present complex data in a coherent manner
