Sales Support Rep, Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Heavy outbound calling
· Contacting potential sales leads
· Scheduling appointments between the sales team and their clients
· Maintaining the wait list for customer accounts
· Providing upkeep to help the sales team
· Answering phone calls
· Scheduling callbacks/calendar invites

Regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am through 4:15pm with a 45 minute lunch.

Education, Skills and Experience:
· Must have High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum one year of customer service/administrative experience
· Basic computer skills (Windows based programs, Microsoft Office and Email)
· Must have understanding of internet navigation and tools
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
· Excellent track record of attendance
· Must be very willing to work in a phone-based environment
· Able to multitask and maintain focus
