This is a Compensation Analyst role. The manager is looking for candidates with a compensation/finance background. Strong experience with MS Office and Visio. Workday experience a plus.

3 month assignment

Job Description: Role Description:
Work with company Global Compensation Service Line Lead and TR lead and to support the Global Compensation Planning and Compensation Operations processes. Assist with the documentation of process, knowledge articles and employee/manager content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Submission of Existing Workday Configuration Requests
• Update and maintenance of One Time Payment and Allowance Matrices
• Processing of Weekly rewards and recognition payments for international assignees
• Assistance with updating Mylife Content, Business Process Manuals and Vitalize Knowledge articles – for current compensation operation processes, in support of year end compensation planning, and in support of changes to operational model/processes
• Assistance with developing training for changes to operational model/processes
• Assistance with developing training for compensation planning
• Daily Compensation Planning integration file download and submission to Client
• Assistance with developing reports/statistics relative to Compensation Operations
• Assistance with project related work relative to Car and Transportation and Service Award projects

Backgrounds/degrees include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business - Finance or Human Resources focus
• Strong analytical and English language skills.
• Strong excel skills
• Strong organizational skills – ability to work with multiple projects and priorities
• Familiar with Microsoft office suite, Workday and Vizio/process mapping
• Results oriented and highly organized
• Good communications and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate and build relationships across cultures and time zones
• Compensation, and/or Finance background
