Brokerage's Wealth Management Technology (WMT) division is actively seeking a candidate to take on organizational projects, supporting teams within the Chief Operating Office. You'll be joining a highly collaborative, hardworking, and creative team, where excellent organizational, interpersonal, time-management and communication skills will provide for success in this position.

The candidate would be responsible for projects/initiatives such as:
• Organize and manage daily and long-term operations and planning for the team
• Planning and execution of department and divisional communications
• Managing internal SharePoint, Jive and other sites where applicable
• Planning medium to large scale events
• Develop and manage organizational metrics
• Manage organizational recognition programs

Skills Required:
• Successful candidate will be highly organized with ability to effectively multi-task and pay high attention to detail
• Demonstrated relative project management skills
- Experience planning events and programs from idea to execution stages, logistics coordination experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good use of initiative, judgment and decision making
• Action Oriented with a complete sense of accountability
• Excellent time/priority management skills
• Pro-active: Identify value add areas for senior leaders beyond day-to-day activities
• Functional and development knowledge of business and workflow platforms, such as Jive, SharePoint and Microsoft Project
