Position Description Associate will provide direct client support via inbound phone and e-mail. This person will serve our client base by educating clients on our all our services by explaining features, advantages, and benefits. Our clients will require your assistance with setting up the initial account, advice on how to use the service, and resolve billing & technical issues. Products supporting: All SendProTM Solutions which includes Online, Apps, and Meter products.

Skills Required • Assertive & professional phone skills using deductive reasoning. • Self-directed and motivated. • Able to give clear, concise information both verbal and text. • Attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Thorough understanding and practice of our Quality Assurance initiative. • Inbound phone experience dealing with internal and external customer base. • Proficient and effective use of all Microsoft office applications, internet, chat, & email. • Courtesy, patience and analytical abilities are required to handle customer concerns. • Able to multi-task in fast paced environment. • Understanding of pc upkeep, maintenance and usage • Knowledge of multiple web browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari • Acceptable attendance. • Technical knowledge of printer drivers and installation (preferably on network infrastructure is a plus) • Understanding of cloud-based computing • Comprehension of differing pc Operating Systems

Skills Preferred
Experience Required No experience is required but strong knowledge of PC's and cloud based computing is preferred.

Education Required High School Graduate
Education Preferred IT Degree or Certifications
Additional Information Must be available to work any shift between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
