​This is an ON SITE role, looking for a LOCAL candidate who can work on site, perhaps moving to telework 1 or 2 days a week.

Manages all performance analyses and optimization efforts across two cooperative programs

Adobe analytics expert. Building out requirements. Must have a strong /proficient Microsoft excel skills. Data is fed into Adobe but produced out of Excel. Looking for a driven individual who will take the ground running. proactive and take initiative.

Establish product, service and product development priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended. Work closely with other departments to ensure Marketing priorities are consistent with the strategic plan and activities match established and agreed to priorities; Conduct customer and competitive research to ensure that the company is providing its customers with the products, technical support and services they desire at prices that generate the greatest total dollar return to the Company across its total product line. Research to identify new product and services opportunities that match our core competencies; Develop and provide marketing materials to support all product and service sales efforts including those of our sister companies and distributors. Support internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts; Identify and implement procedures and systems to ensure the Company’s marketing support functions are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Manage/oversee tracking, data capture, storage, usage and reporting of site activity 2. Generate and post new & ongoing monthly site performance dashboards across Discounts Coop Providers & business categories as well as monthly/quarterly marketing campaign dashboards to Coops Director and ASI Marketing Managers.
3. Oversee the creation of internal & external tracking campaign IDs for digital marketing campaigns for back-end analysis & optimization
4. Ad hoc data pulls & analyses supporting insights generation for I50 team, clients and marketing managers
5. Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements
6. Ongoing and new product/offer Adobe classification table updates in back-end CMS system a. Support the development & testing of new business requirements being implemented to automate classification table creation within the CMS system vs. relying on manual back-end classifications
7. Work with Marketing and business partners to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new projects/enhancements
8. Work with Marketing & Digital teams to develop reporting requirements and specifications for web analytics projects
9. Define explicit requirements for how to implement Adobe Analytics variables (evars, props, events) to support growing business requirements for tracking Attributes: attention to detail; self-sufficient; self-motivated; hard working; collaborative

Skills: 7-10 years of Adobe Analytics/Omniture SiteCatalyst reporting experience; Microsoft Office Suite including above average Excel & PowerPoint; SQL Server (not required)
